  • What are Daily Practices and why do I need them?
    Daily Practices are things that you do every single day with the purpose of creating healthy habits for life. By forming daily habits you can improve your life, living a healthier, more high vibrational lifestyle naturally (effortlessly). To form a habit, you’ll want to do it everyday for at least 21 days in a row to create the new neural pathway in your brain. (sometimes it takes longer - so we suggest going for 28 days, be patient, good habits are worth the time investment.
  • Do I have to complete each Step in the programs before moving on?
    No ... you can do the sessions in any order that you’d like. The sessions or practices are meant to be repeated over and over again to create Healthy Habits. They become tools in your healthy lifestyle toolbelt. All sessions on ELEV8 are designed to improve your life in the moment and in the long run with the accumulation of benefits.

    It is best to Practice Everyday. If you want to live in the highest expression of yourself, we recommend doing at least 15 minutes each day. Of course, the frequency and length of your workouts depends on your personal fitness goals and schedule. However, we recommend starting with short sessions everyday to ignite your life force energy on a daily basis. Create the “practice” or ‘habit” and you will quickly see you have more energy, your attitude becomes even more positive, you become more solution oriented, and it becomes easier to live a healthy lifestyle naturally.

    A chakra is literally a wheel of energy. We have 7 main Chakras from our Root to our Crown. Each Chakra has different properties that affect how we show up in life. Many of the Yoga sessions on Elev8 Workouts are designed to activate specific chakras and their properties.
