It's very important to move our bodies - not just to get in shape, but also for our bodies to work properly. These days, the challenge is usually TIME. People are so busy, fitting in enough workout time can be tricky.

Before I get into some solid reasons why online workouts can help you get in better shape, I want to say,
I believe that a blend of physical location workouts with other people,
along with an online workout program is really the best scenario ...
Being with community and motivating each other is an important aspect of doing workouts with others.
Taking time for yourself processing emotions and tapping into your inner-self, your heart and your inner power is an important aspect of doing workouts by yourself (especially with activities like Yoga, Dance Therapy and Meditation)
NOTE: When doing online workouts, you're much better off doing a membership workout. if you're trying to get the freebies on youtube, you'll be interrupted by commercials all throughout your workout ... not good ... going into and out of your workout vibe does not produce the same results as BEING IN IT the whole time!

This way you work your muscles differently so they have time to recover and rebuild properly. For example, you may do an online fitness class Monday, Wednesday and Friday and an online yoga class Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Perhaps you take Sunday off or you may do something like a restorative yoga session to rebalance your body and to be nice and ready for the following week.

And do things you enjoy, so you stick with it. For example, If you love to dance and really don't like to workout ... choose workouts that are dance inspired!
